Yes. A119 V3 supports HDR, it is turned off by default, and we have a special firmware that supports setting the time you want it on/off. Contact VIOFO Customer service for more.

Please check if there is a power supply issue, if you use a 3rd party charger, we highly recommend using the original car charger and connecting it with the car cigarette socket.

We suggest you test both the GPS mount power port and the camera body side USB port.

If the camera is beeping continuously, it means the camera is not in the recording, most of such issues are related to the microSD card. You can try the instructions below to solve the issue:

① Format the card as FAT32 file format, you can format the card by camera setup. If it does not help, click here to download the tool for deep formatting.

② If the issue persists, try a new UHS-I U1/U3 microSD card, we suggest you use a VIOFO or Samsung High Endurance card.

Please make sure you are testing with the original car charger cable and adapter, if it does not help, try a firmware update.

If the issue is not solved, there may be a hardware issue.

Firstly, please make sure the hardwire kit and fuse taps are connected correctly and firmly, if the issue continues, please choose the highest protection rate: 12.4V/24.8V.

If the low voltage protection does not work, please check if the ACC cable was installed right or not.

It should be the "Lens Flare" and is completely normal.

It usually occurs around sunset or sunrise when the sun is low in the sky and only lasts for a short time at most until the sunlight is coming from a different angle.

The color you see is caused by the subtle green multi-coating on the front surface of the lens, you will notice it if you look carefully. It is there to reduce reflections and enhance contrast. you can refer to below for more,
