    When it comes to choosing a microSD memory card, we only recommend VIOFO cards or Sandisk Max Endurance cards. This is essential for maximum compatibility and long-term stability.   • What is the maximum SD card it supports?
    A129 Pro supports microSD cards up to 512 GB. (Memory card format should be in FAT32 format.)

  • Why isn't my camera powering on?
    Please use the original charger or the hardwire kit as the power supply. If you use a third-party cable, it may not provide enough power.
  • How to update the firmware?
    ① Take out the SD card from the camera and insert it into a computer. (Please format the SD card to FAT32 first.) ② Find the correct model, download and copy the bin file to the root directory of the micro SD card. https://www.viofo.com/pages/firmware. Note: The bin file can't be renamed, like FWA129P.bin(1), it won't work with the camera. Please remove (1). ③ Eject the card from the computer, put the card back in the camera, and power the camera with the original car charger, instead of using the data cable connecting to the PC. ④ The power LED will blink while upgrading. When it completes, the camera will restart automatically.
  • Why does my dashcam have a beep sound?
    If the camera continuously beeps, it means that the camera stops recording. Most of this issue is related to the SD card. Micro SD Cards play an important role in dashcams, but not all cards are suitable for use in dashcams. Using a non-recommended card may cause recording issues suddenly. We suggest you change your SD card to our recommended version to prevent any potential future issues. You may also deeply format your current card by this tool: https://viofo.com/download/guiformat.exe. After multiple tests and feedback from various channels, we currently only recommend original VIOFO cards and Sandisk MAX Endurance cards.
  • How long is the rear cable? Are there longer ones?

Better Than Expected

Compared to my cheap dashcams in the past, this one blows them away. It was easy to install and there was plenty of cable for the front and rear cameras. The android app is intuitive and easy to use. It's easier to apply setup changes via the app vs using the buttons on the device. I'll definitely purchase another for my other vehicles.

Great Quality Dash Cam

I decided to purchase the A129 Pro Duo after doing research on various dash cams. I am happy to say I made the right choice.

The recordings are crisp and cords are very minimal since my camera is hard wired to the battery.
