    Please double-check the installation.The interior camera with four transparent lights which needs to be installed on the front windshield.The rear camera without lights which needs to be installed on the rear windshield.
  • If my dashcam shuts off randomly, what should I do?
    Please try the original car charger to test if the dashcam works. Please unplug the rear cable to see if the front camera can work well alone. If the front camera still shuts off, please plug the power cable into the rear port to test. If the front camera works, then the issue may be the GPS power port, which needs to be replaced.

Very satisfied with this setup

Installation was relatively straightforward, with the hardwire kit making it possible to record both while driving and in parking mode. Integration and setup with the app was seamless. I'm very pleased with the video quality, and recommend adding CPL filters to both cameras to make the videos clearer.

After tons of research I can safely say this camera is the best! If you’re gonna get a 2 channel version do a front and interior.. I personally have all 3 cameras and I find the back one useless cause the anti glare lens doesn’t help the back camera but it’s worth it for the front! . Buy this one if you can’t pick!
