How to reset the password?

Please long-press both the emergency lock button and the WiFi button to reset the camera (with the card inserted).

Why I cannot choose 4K 60 fps?

Please turn off HDR, when it is on, only 30 fps can be used.

Can the A139's interior and rear cameras work with A139 Pro?

Yes, they use the same interior/rear cables and ports.

Why the interior image is black and white?

When the infrared lights are on, it will be black and white, you can turn off the infrared lights in the settings.

Why the firmware upgrade fail?

Please make sure you use the correct firmware, it uses different firmware from the A139.

What's the main difference between the A139 Pro and A139 front cameras?

A139 Pro is 4K and the A139 is 2K.

Why I cannot find the wifi name on my phone?

Please upgrade the firmware to try again, you can also try another phone.

Why the camera is hot?

When the camera is in use, it will get warm as the heatsink dissipates the heat to protect the internal components.

What is the length of the power cable that comes with the unit?

The standard power cable is 3.5 meters in length.

Is the H.265 codec supported in the latest firmware? Is HDR Auto (HDR Timer) supported in the latest firmware?

Yes, both H.265 codec and HDR Auto (HDR Timer) are supported in the latest firmware.

Can I access the camera when I am not in the car through the app?

It doesn't support remote live tracking.

Is it possible to record with the vehicle off in Parking Mode without the hardwire kit?

If you don't use the hardwire kits, you need to use another constant power supply like a power bank.

Is there an option to disable the voice prompts?

Yes, you can disable this feature in the camera settings.

How long is a video capture? And are there different options for video capture lengths?

The default length is 1 minute, there is a loop recording option to change the length.
